Ewa Navarro Mora

Membership and Communities Director at ABSL, ABSL Poland

For five years, she served as Managing Director of Swarovski’s Global Business Services (GBS) centers across two continents, in Gdańsk, Poland, and Costa Rica. She was responsible for customer service, HR operations, legal operations, and sustainability reporting. At the age of 34, she became Managing Director and the sole board member of the Swiss group's Polish subsidiary. Since then, she has often found herself as the only or the youngest woman in the room. She brings more than a decade of leadership experience gained in international organizations. Her achievements were recognized by Forbes Women Polska, which named her among the 25 most influential women in the business services sector. In 2026, she made a decision that many people struggled to understand: she left her dream job to create a greater impact on the world around her. Today, as Membership & Communities Director at ABSL, she builds partnerships and fosters the community of Poland’s modern business services sector. She is no longer willing to watch women's potential go to waste. That is why she founded “Watch Out, You Might Fall”, a brand encompassing workshops and a community that help women identify and overcome barriers to growth, especially those disguised as strengths, such as perfectionism, impostor syndrome, or the expert trap. She has also spent years working as a mentor and facilitator in initiatives including #IamRemarkable, the HerStory Program of the Girls Future Ready Foundation, and the Vital Voices Global Mentoring Walk.
